Many senior students have rooms in flats, generally with three bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom (with laundry facilities) and kitchen. New Cain, New Abel, the apartments over the new driveway, and the upgraded Lewis Building and Annex are some of the apartment buildings in the North West corner development along Kermode Street. The College has 90 rooms in this style of accommodation.
