New Chaplain Appointed - Rev'd Mark Sibly
New Chaplain appointed – Rev'd Mark Sibly
We welcome the Rev'd Mark Sibly to the role of Chaplain at St Mark’s College. Mark has been the Rector of Modbury for the past eleven years and has served in both the Diocese of Adelaide and Willochra. He is married to Nicolette and has four adult children.
Mark has been appointed on a part-time basis both at St Mark’s and at St Peter’s Cathedral. Mark’s role will be centred around pastoral care and bringing new life to the Chapel. We also look forward to Mark taking a lead role in our community service program. Mark will be in College for some of the O’Week festivities, although his official start date is not until 28th February which is the date of our Opening Service in St Peter’s Cathedral.
Mark enjoys music, reading, walking the dog, relaxing with friends and family as well as preaching and teaching. Mark will add a new dimension to the spiritual life of St Mark’s and we look forward to him bringing his skills and talents to our community.
