Scholarship and Prize Presentation
Students acknowledged
Our first scholarship and prize presentation for the year was held at a ceremony in the Junior Common Room on 26th May.
The Cowan Entry and Continuing Scholarships for 2009 were presented by Mr Bob Cowan. Mrs Gayle Cowan and the Trustees of the Cowan Trust were also present. Mr Leigh Cowan (College Club President in 1989) spoke to the gathering about the importance and value of philanthropy. The President of the Foundation, Mr James Harvey, presented the Alumni Scholarships and the Chairman of the College Board, Mr Richard Burchnall, presented the academic prizes from 2008.
