All fees quoted are GST inclusive and are for an academic year of 40 weeks for all students comprising two 20 week semesters. In the case of international Study Abroad students, fees will be paid by semester on a pro-rata basis.

No refunds will be made in the case of students whose academic year is less than the 40 weeks. Weekly fees for students who stay beyond the 40 weeks (in Dec- Feb) are charged according to vacation residence rates. All accounts are forwarded via email.

Payment of Fees

 One of four options can be chosen for the payment of fees, namely payment of:

  • Full year fees which attract a discount of $350 if paid on or before a specified date in February.
  • Semester fees - two instalments paid by specified dates in February and July.
  • Eighteen equal fortnightly instalments via direct debit or credit card debit to be paid throughout the year including the vacation periods in April, July and September.
  • Four equal instalments of ten weeks' fees in February, April, July and October.

The weekly residence fees are inclusive of accommodation, room cleaning, meals (21 meals per week), tutorial assistance, electricity, telephone rental, library, gymnasium and sporting facilities, and an educational allowance for internet usage of 2000MB per month.
