The Chairman of Council is Mr Richard Burchnall, retired Headmaster of St Peter's College, and a member of the St Mark's College Council since 1994.

Master alwyn

Master: Ms Rose Alwyn BA MBA: The Head of the College is known as "the Master" and is the Academic and Executive Head (CEO) of the College.  The Master is directly responsible to the College Council and Board for the overall welfare of the College and its students, and for ensuring that all aspects of the College are effectively managed, and that the College enjoys a good standing within the universities and the broader community.

The Master's responsibilities are to provide leadership and oversight in regard to seven aspects of the life of the College; academic life; pastoral care; finance and administration; marketing, public relations and fund raising; strategic planning; external relations.

Dean:
Mr James Raw BSc (Hons), DipEd, MEd: The Dean is responsible for the academic support and pastoral care of the students as well as a wide range of administrative roles including oversight of the admissions procedure for new students.

Assistant Deans: Ms Kim Sanders and Mr Isaac Liau: The Assistant Deans' primary role, like that of the Dean, is to assist students in various ways when needed, and to encourage, and where necessary require behaviour in line with the College Code of Conduct and to liaise between the College staff and students.

Senior Tutors: Mr Richard Arnold B Com: Senior Tutor - Academic and Mr Brenton Systermans: Senior Tutor - Professional Development:  Richard Arnold organises and facilitates, with the Dean, the academic tutorial program. Brenton Systermans coordinates the mentoring program and a range of other activities that assist  students in their professional development.

Administrator: Ms Julie Brown: The Administrator has a multi-faceted administrative function that incorporates matters of business and finance, fundraising and development, and the conference trade.

Property Manager: Mr Richard Foster  B.Ed., Dip Child Psych: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of the buildings and grounds in the College.
