Student Support
St.Mark's has a range of academic support facilities. But what is often most important in the formative years of university attendance is Personal support in times of need. Students needing help for various reason - lonely, unhappy, depressed, ill - can turn to a variety of helpmates. The strong sense of community at St.Mark's is a study crutch for those in trouble. They will find help readily available from next door neighbour, from floor tutors who are responsible for the rooms in different areas of the College, from College Club Committee members and from staff. The Dean, the Assistant Deans, and the Chaplain, as well as the Master, all live in the College.
