 Prices
including GST, as at March 2008, but may be subject to change if
extraordinary circumstances prevail. These prices are for 2008 only.
Prices for 2009 will increase by approx. 5% and prices beyond 2009
will be quoted closer to the date of the conference.
Conferences:
For $88 all up cost per day per person the College can
offer:
- Single room accommodation with shared facilities, linen, towels
and weekly servicing.
- Some apartment style accomodation with three double bedrooms
- Full cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Morning and afternoon tea.
- Conference room hire and breakout rooms at St. Mark's.
- Audiovisual equipment.
- At an additional cost, a welcome cocktail party, or conference
dinner can be organised, prices on application.
- If conference organisers only require bed and continental breakfast
the rate is $41.80 per person per night. Full breakfast can be
added for an additional $6.60 per meal per person.
Lunch which includes a
meal, salad, fruit and bottomless cup of coffee/tea $12.10 per person
per day or a packed lunch can be organised for the same cost.
Dinner which includes
a meal, dessert and bottomless cup of coffee/tea $14.50 per person
per day.
Morning or afternoon teas
are $5.50 each, per person per day.
Conference facilities
for a week or less $770.
Workshops/seminars:
- Depending on the size of the room and numbers, room hire ranges
from $175 to $290 per day, half-day rates can be offered.
- Catering for day delegates is $27.50 per day, which includes
coffee upon arrival, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. (Typical
lunch would be cocktail quiche, warm chicken salad, bagettes,
fresh sliced fruit, orange juice, bottomless cup of coffee/tea).
Business breakfast/lunches are available.
Up to 55 people can be
seated for breakfast or lunch. Menus range from $16.50 to $42.50
per person.
