The College has recently appointed a new chef and therefore will be developing some new menus.  Should you require some samples, please do not hesitate to contact the college on: manager@stmarkscollege.com.au and we will be happy to supply them to you.

  • Type of Function
  • Date(s) of Function, optional dates
  • Guest Numbers
  • Service Times
  • Possible Menu Selection

Special dietary needs can also be catered, please do not hesitate to discuss this.

Please note: We require a minimum of three (3) working days notice for small functions and five (5) working days notice for larger functions. St. Mark's and Sodexho appreciate that some functions will offer less lead time than above and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Cancellations on the day will be charged.
